Monica (47) completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Business at Nusa Cendana University in 1997, and obtained a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 in 2016. She began her career as an Administrative Staff at CV Cahaya Indah Kupang in 1998. She then moved to Surabaya and worked as an administrative staff at IPH Schools from 2005 to 2014. Later, she was entrusted as a cashier at Yayasan Intan Eduka from 2015 until November 2022. In 2022, she was appointed as an Internal Auditor at PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk.
