Dr. Imanuel Herman Prawiromaruto

Imanuel Herman (60) pursued his undergraduate and postgraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States, and later completed his Doctor of Theology degree from STT Anugrah Indonesia. He began his career as a Financial Analyst and later served as a Director/Commissioner in several companies, including PT Ready Indah, PT Kasih Jatim, and PT Affinitv Health Indonesia. Due to his concern for education, in 1995 he took on the role as the Chairman of Yayasan Intan Eduka, which oversees IPH Schools, until the present day, as well as PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk, which provides infrastructure for the education sector.

Ian (30) earned a Master of Education degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in the United States in 2019. Previously, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in 2015. In the same year, 2015, he began his career as the Deputy Head of School for Student Affairs at IPH Schools Surabaya for 3 years. In 2018, he was appointed as an Assistant Manager at UCSI University Malaysia until 2021. He is also entrusted as a director and head of operations at PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk.

Suzanna (59) graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Wisconsin Madison, United States. Education has been one of her primary concerns. It inspired her to work as a secretary at Yayasan Intan Eduka, which oversees IPH Schools, since 1995 until now. From 2011 to 2022, she was entrusted as a director of PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk, and in 2023, she was appointed as a Commissioner and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Suzanna also has an affiliation with the board of directors and major/shareholding controller.

Commissioner

Felisia (42) completed her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2003 from Airlangga University and obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from Widya Mandala Surabaya University in 2019. She began her career at KAP Pradhono in 2003, then continued her work at KAP Pradhono and Setijawati until 2008, KAP Tjahjadi, Pradhono, Teramihardia until 2011, and has been a partner at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra Member Firm of Rodi International GmbH since 2011. In 2023, she served as an Independent Commissioner, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee of PT Multisarana Intan Eduka Tbk until now.
